This hotel is comfortable and conveniently located near the station, convenience stores, and restaurants. The amenities are good, and both the bed and comfort room are clean.
I really enjoyed my stay. The only small inconvenience is that there is no microwave oven inside the room—it is only available on the first floor near the reception area, probably for safety reasons. Still, this did not affect my overall experience.

酒店鄰近綾瀨車站和捷運站，交通十分便利。便利商店和超級市場也不遠，生活機能很好。早餐也不錯。當我們問到房間有煙味，也盡快幫我們換房，服務很好。

The hotel is far from main attractions, but it’s conveniently located near the train station. The room was small and narrow, and the carpet had a bad smell and didn’t seem properly cleaned. Overall, it’s acceptable for a budget stay, but cleanliness and room comfort could be improved.

This is my second time staying in this hotel, the location is great just few minutes walk to the MRT and there are lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff are helpful but the room is quite small but it reasonable compared with the price

為了就在千代田線上地理位置方便走路幾分鐘就到了
地方很安靜不像觀光地區吵雜，如果不喜歡人多地方建議可以選這里！

離車站相當近，不過去東京市區跟成田機場不是很方便有點遠！但周遭機能相當好，很安靜，沒有吵雜聲！cp值高

酒店應該有一段時間了 地理位置也比較偏 但是價錢確實比別的優惠 住一兩天的話還是挺不錯的
